How do I enter? 

  1. Purchase any two promotional packs of Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll White Icing 454g, Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll White Icing 1kg, or Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Marzipan 454g.
  2. Take a picture of your receipt, ensuring that the image shows the date of purchase, the two Dr. Oetker items and the receipt number.
  3. Visit www.oetkercaketopper.co.uk fill out your personal details, upload the image of your receipt, choose your personalised cake topper and enter your payment details.
  4. Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way.
  5. Please hold onto your receipt and your two promotional packs until your cake topper has arrived as they may be required for verification. Photocopies will not be accepted.

  

Who is the promotion open to?

The promotion is open to residents of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland aged 16 years or over.

When is the promotion open until?

The promotion is open from 00:00:01 on 06.09.18 until 23.59.59 on 15.12.19 while stocks last.

Do I need to use the internet?

Yes, you will need to use the internet and visit www.oetkercaketopper.co.uk and follow the entry instructions to enter the promotion.

Will I be able to enter the promotion from my mobile?

Yes, you can use your mobile or a desktop computer to enter the promotion. Dr. Oetker is not responsible for any internet charges or any additional charges incurred.

How can I ensure my receipt is valid?

Purchase any two promotional packs of Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll White Icing 1kg, Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll White Icing 454g or Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Marzipan 454g during the promotion period 06.09.18 to 15.12.19. Before you take a picture of your receipt/s ensure it is flat and unwrinkled so that it can be easily read.

What if I have more than one receipt?

If you have more than one receipt please place them side by side and take one picture ensuring that the purchased items are clearly shown along with the date and the receipt number.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Yes, you will need to keep your receipt/s along with the two promotional packs until you have received your cake topper. Photocopies will not be accepted.

What part of the receipt needs to be photographed?

Please photograph the receipt so you can see the purchase of the two Dr. Oetker promotional packs, the receipt number and the date of purchase.

Do I need to pay for anything?

A postage charge of £1.50 (€2.80 in Ireland) is required at the time of redemption via credit or debit card. If your entry is disqualified for whatever reason, the Support Desk will be in contact to help you place your order/ensure you receive a refund for the £1.50 (€2.80) postage charge.

Will I still be charged £1.50 (€2.80 in Ireland) if my receipt is not valid?

Yes, you will be charged the payment of £1.50 (€2.80 in Ireland) if your receipt is not valid.  However, the Support Desk will be in contact within 3 working days to help you place your order/ensure you receive a refund for the £1.50 (€2.80 in Ireland) postage charge.

Can I take part in the promotion more than once?

Yes, of course you can. You can take part in the promotion as many times as you like. Each time you enter you will need to purchase two Dr. Oetker promotional packs during the promotional period and retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

What do I do if I have submitted incorrect details or what if I need to change my order?

If you have made a mistake when placing your order, please contact our Support Desk at support@oetkercaketopper.co.uk as soon as possible so that we can help rectify the problem.  

Will my data be kept securely?

Yes, your data will be kept securely and used for the purpose of this promotion only. A list of addresses will be retained for 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion to allow the Promotor to deal with any queries. When will I receive my cake topper?

Your cake topper will arrive by Royal Mail post within 10 working days of your valid order submission.

What if my cake topper hasn’t arrived within 10 working days?

If your cake topper hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of your order please contact our Support Desk at support@oetkercaketopper.co.uk  and one of our team will be in touch to help you with your order.

What do I do if my cake topper arrives damaged?

If your cake topper arrives damaged, or is incorrect please contact our Support Desk at support@oetkercaketopper.co.uk  and one of our team will be in touch within 3 working days to help rectify the problem.
